Parents are requested to mention their ward’s Name, Class and Section, Admission
numbers while corresponding with the School.
Parents are requested to ensure that your ward carries the study Materials to school
as per the Time Table and as per the Teacher’s instructions.
Parents are requested to assist and guide their wards for doing home assignments.
Parents are requested to remit the fees as per rules of the school.
Parents are requested to meet and interact with class Teacher, Subject Teacher,
Coordinator and Principal periodically.
Encourage your ward to speak in English at home.
Ensure that the name, class and section of their ward are clearly marked on their
belongings.
Parents are advised not to send their ward for private tuition.
Ensure your ward comes to school regularly in neat, clean, and tidy school uniform.
Teach your ward to be disciplined and tolerant with fellow students.
Parents are requested to visit school office between 9.30 am and 10.00 am on all
working days for any of the following:
Change of their ward’s name with authentication (up to VIII only)
Change of their Residence Address and Contact Number
Seeking leave for more than 5 days
Seeking Principal’s signature on any document.
Seeking transfer certificate, Bonafide certificate or any such other
certificate
Seeking Appointment with Principal / Secretary
Seeking Appointment with Coordinator
Any other administrative / academic / Transport matter
The school office staff will inform them when they can contact school again to
ascertain when the required document would be ready
Parents are welcome to meet the Principal between 3.30 PM and 4.00. PM on all
Tuesdays and Thursdays and on all other days with prior appointments.
The spellings of the students name, parents name and date of birth of the student as
mentioned in the school’s Admission form / Transfer certificate of the previous
school will only be considered ACCURATE and VALID by the school
Change of spellings in the name of the student or parents will not be accepted from
Gr. IX onwards as the same has to be registered with CBSE.
